ThinkCAT HubFrequently Asked Questions
When will the CAT 2026 admit card be released?
On Wednesday, 4 November 2026, from 5:00 PM, on iimcat.ac.in. The Information Bulletin says it can be downloaded from 4 November until 29 November 2026, the exam day.
How do I download the CAT 2026 admit card?
Go to iimcat.ac.in, log in with the CAT 2026 User ID and password you got at registration, and view or print the admit card. It appears only if your application form was submitted successfully. It is not sent by post or email. If you have lost your User ID or password, use Forgot User ID/Password on the login page; the details go to your registered email.
What details are on the CAT admit card?
Your name, the test date, your PwD status, the test centre details and your examination session and time. Check each one as soon as you download it.
Can I choose my CAT slot or test centre?
No. CAT 2026 has three sessions (forenoon, afternoon and evening) on 29 November. Each candidate is given one session, city and centre based on the five city preferences chosen at registration, subject to availability; the admit card shows what you got.
What if my admit card does not appear after login?
Raise a ticket in the grievance portal, which is a separate tab inside the application login. If that does not resolve it, call the CAT helpdesk on 1800 210 0175 (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or email [email protected].
What do I need to bring with the admit card?
The printed admit card with the same photograph you uploaded at registration affixed, and a photo ID: the IIMs verify admit cards, photo IDs, photographs and biometrics at the centre. Follow the instructions printed on your admit card for the exact ID rules and reporting time. Writing or doing rough work on the admit card is treated as unfair means.
When does the official CAT 2026 mock open?
The CAT 2026 mock test link opens on iimcat.ac.in on 12 November 2026. Until then, ThinkCAT has all 19 complete real CAT papers from 2018 to 2025 as free mocks on a TCS iON-style screen.
Where do these facts come from?
From the official CAT website, iimcat.ac.in: the Important Dates panel, the CAT 2026 FAQs and the CAT 2026 Information Bulletin of 26 July 2026, read on 26 October 2026. If iimcat.ac.in changes anything, the official site is right.
